  • Led end-to-end UI design and redesign for key user flows in Figma.

  • Produced high-fidelity screens and reusable design components.

  • Iterated designs based on usability findings and stakeholder feedback.

  • Presented the final design strategy and outcomes to project stakeholders.

OVERVIEW

In Korea’s real estate market, most listings are mediated by agents,
often leading to user distrust and hesitation.

Even with verification systems in place, users tend to overlook or misunderstand them.

This project aims to strengthen trust by making credibility visible
through agent profiles, user reviews, and real-time communication features.

EARLY RESEARCH

SURVEY

The results show that users see fake listings as the biggest frustration
and want stronger trust-building services like reviews and ratings.

DESK RESEARCH

Users often view it not as a tool that actually blocks fake listings,
but as a feature focused more on safe transactions—or even as advertising.

Zigbang is the only platform that offers

the JIKIMservice to prevent fake listings.

“Can we really say fake listings have been resolved?”

🤷🏼‍♀️

“Each app has its own policies… but users still feel uneasy.”

“The app says it’s safe, so why do I still feel insecure?”

INTERVIEW

Understand user perception and limitations of the “Jikim” service

Users expect the Jikim system to provide trust against fake listings,
but their actual understanding of it is low.

USABILITY TEST

Why users struggle to use Jikim during the listing search process?

Users don’t clearly understand
what Jikim service guarantees or how it actually protects them.

5 WHYS
